UFCW Local 81 is working every day to increase wages and benefits, improve health care, negotiate better working conditions and create secure futures for 2,000 union members and their families in Puget Sound.
We do more than negotiate your contract. We stand beside you if you are injured on the job, if you are treated unfairly, or if you are facing unemployment. We also support you with resources to advance you in your job through flexible training, apprenticeships and professional degree programs. It’s the union advantage.
